Gods Will

If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land. -2 Chronicles 7:14
How do you start your day? Do you reach for your cell phone first? Or do you jump out of bed and rush into your day without a thought that you made it through the night? Before Jesus started His day, He went to a solitary place to spend time with his Father. He sought the will of God before He spoke to a single person. If the Son of God, can seek the will of God before he does a single thing, why can’t we the children of God seek His face before we start our day? None of us know the things that await us in a day. We don’t know what evil lies in wait to try and destroy us and or our families. When we start our day seeking the will of God, our prayers can change what the enemy has planned to do to us. Do not start your day, without seeking the face of God first. It will make a difference between having a good day and a bad day. Seeking the face of God will help you overcome whatever obstacles that may come your way. May the spirit of truth abide in you and teach you all things and guide you into all truths.
Seek my face! Very early in the morning, while it was still dark, Jesus got up, left the house, and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed. Mark 1:35
